While many of us would like to avoid it at all costs, conflict is an inevitable part of life. Whether at work or at home, there are times we don’t see eye to eye with important people in our lives. Addressing conflict in a healthy way can broaden perspectives and promote growth. This webinar will examine ways to successfully navigate difficult conversations by exploring a) how unexpressed needs escalate conflict, b) ways of expressing needs to promote joining, and c) developing a healthy mindset for entering into discussions.
