The Oregon Historical Society (OHS) is proud to sponsor Oregon History Day, part of National History Day®, a project-based research curriculum for middle and high school students. This program supports students in conducting research based on an annual theme, examining primary and secondary sources, analyzing photos and objects, creating and revising a thesis, and presenting their work to an audience.

Oregon History Day is a highly adaptable program, and students can work individually or on a team to share their research as an exhibit, website, performance, documentary, or paper. Qualifying entries can participate in the Oregon History Day state contest in the spring, and top entries may advance to the national contest held near Washington, D.C., in June. Join Katie Pearson, OHS Education and Program Manager, to learn how you can bring this engaging project to your classroom.

You can register here.  This webinar is only available to BEA members.
