An opportunity for educators to join together in a virtual learning community and engage in mutual problem solving on work related challenges. Participants will take turns giving and receiving ideas/support from peers in a restorative setting. The sessions will be structured using a “fishbowl” model that provides clear protocols, agreements and timing. This experience aims to deepen your experience with restorative practices.
