DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\nThis OEA member-facilitated webinar is an introduction 
 to a framework for building relationships\, culture and equity\, shifting 
 from the traditionally punitive\, reactive model to more of a healing/repa
 iring\, proactive approach. An overview of the fundamental theory and stru
 cture\, including the Restorative Practices Continuum\, Social Discipline 
 Window and Circles will be provided. There will also be resources for impl
 ementation and opportunities to reflect on action steps within participant
 s’ own context. This session is best suited for educators in K-12 enviro
 nments although some content will be addressing staff relationships and th
 at latter content is applicable for educators at all levels.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
