DESCRIPTION:Join educators from across the state at a special Ethnic Studie
 s Panel Conversation featuring experts from three of our community partner
 s. In this session\, we’ll be hearing about the historical and present-d
 ay experiences of Black\, Japanese\, and Jewish Oregonians. We’ll focus 
 on exploring questions such as:\n\n 	What is the story of each of these et
 hnic groups in Oregon and what makes Oregon history unique?\n 	Where do ex
 periences overlap and where are they distinctly separate?\n 	What are the 
 contributions and successes of each group in Oregon?\n 	What myths persist
  about Black\, Japanese\, and Jewish Oregonians?\n 	What does contemporary
  resistance look like?\n\nWhile every ethnic group in Oregon has its own d
 istinct history as well as broad diversity within individual experiences\,
  all of our stories are innately part of the fabric of both Oregon’s his
