SUMMARY:BEA Bargaining Job Alike Focus Groups: Specialists and Electives
DESCRIPTION:The BEA Bargaining Team is hosting several job-alike focus grou
 ps in January in order to hear from BEA members. The goal of these groups 
 is to flesh out data from the bargaining survey\, to learn about what is g
 oing well that we should protect and expand upon in our negotiations\, to 
 discuss what needs can and should be addressed through bargaining\, and to
  make sure we are hearing from groups who are not necessarily explicitly r
 epresented in our contract.\n\nThis group is specifically for specialists 
 and elective teachers (e.g. music\, PE\, band\, choir\, fine arts\, and wo
 rld language).\n\nEach meeting will be 45 minutes in length and held on Zo
 om. They are only open to active BEA members.  Please register for the gr
 oup so we can verify membership and have an idea of how many members to ex
 pect.
